LedaFlow 2.14 is now available

We are happy to announce the latest commercial release (2.14) of LedaFlow Engineering with several great improvements.

What is new?

  • A dispersion band model has been added as an alternative way of modelling deposition rates, removing the need to manually specify settling velocity and delay.
  • The steady-state pre-processor (SSPP) now calculates a more accurate pressure drop for partially open valves, increasing consistency with dynamic simulations, especially for large pressure drops.
  • Slug statistics have been extended and improved. The algorithm now also computes properties of slug bubbles, and slug densities are calculated when density profiles are available, enabling more detailed analysis of slug flow behaviour.
  • New output variables are now available for CO₂ cases which help users identify operating conditions where solid CO₂ may form. The phase envelope now also shows the freezing point line of CO2 fluid compositions.
  • Performance and usability improvements include automatic processor affinity optimised for modern hybrid CPUs and hyperthreading, updated compilers and GUI framework, and a fix for a scaling issue of the UI.
